There were 16 attendees (not including speakers); including 6 Board members - Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Jane Augustine, Lisa Meeks, Chris Schulze, Jeremy Ennis.

UPDATES
Update on Lantern Walk on Oct. 7. Need volunteers. Have games, tables & chairs.
Update on Neighborhood Clean Up on Oct. 14 from 8AM-NOON at Enterprise Bowling. Partnering with Oak Groove & Galloway. Postcards with TV/Monitor drop off coupon is in the mail.
Field donation has been paid; & banner will be up shortly.
Introduction of attendees to the meeting.
OLD BUSINESS
Motion to talk about the Bass Pro Marathon cheer table event on Nov. 5th. Seconded; & unanimously approved. Theme is Super Mario. Motion for $250 for supplies for the event. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
Motion to talk about Brentwood signs. Seconded; & unanimously approved. Removed rot & put in filler. Motion to approve an extra $50 for overage. Seconded; & unanimously approved. Motion to table talking about Brentwood Estate Sign. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
NEW BUSINESS
Good Neighbor Block Party will be on Oct. 4 at Sequiota Park. Motion to approve $100 for supplies for the event. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
