There were 20 attendees (not including speakers); including 7 Board members - Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Jane Augustine, Lisa Meeks, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Chris Schulze, & Jeremy Ennis.

Get a free Smoke Detector by calling 874-2300
Explained how to put out cooking fires; which are the most common types.
Only allowed to burn seasoned wood in fire pits.
Will let us know when their open house will be for the new firehouse.
PAR Officer Cisneros
Giving away wheel locks to owners of KIAs due to TIK TOK trend increasing theft.
Spoke about incident at Field; but could not give details due to case still pending. Applauded neighbors for helping to get the suspect.

Motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Seconded; & unanimously approved
UPDATES
Brentwood Estates sign is finished. Cost $64.51
Had table at Unity event; & it was a success.
Our first kickball team lost after 2nd round. Sherwood Park won.
Kirkwood Park benches are now installed.
Motion to approve purchase of 300 sticker decals for the association at $1.50 each. Seconded; & unanimously approved
NEW BUSINESS
Update on option to continue having a website. Motion to have Lisa continue building new website, & to include all of the 3 previous names on it. Seconded; & unanimously approved
Updated on the Hatch Foundation Neat Neighborhood contest. Motion to participate. Seconded; & unanimously approved
Update on End of School Bash to be held on May 30th. Motion to have event, & allow $700 to pay for it. Seconded; & unanimously approved
Motion to not have May meeting. Seconded; & unanimously approved
