There were 35 attendees (not including speakers); including 7 Board members – Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Jane Augustine, Lisa Meeks, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Chris Schulze, & Jeremy Ennis.
SPEAKERS
Brian Zweerink gave an update on the bike park. He suggested people look at the public documents on the Ozark Greenways website.
Motion made to move up OLD BUSINESS topic, in order to talk about the bike park. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
After a long discussion on the subject, there was a motion to stop talking about this subject, & move on to other business. Seconded; & unanimously approved.

Motion made to make new signs & banners with the new logo at $350 cost. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
Motion made to approve website hosting costs of $50\/mth, & cost to hire person to update the website at $60\/mth. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
Motion to allow the Board to approve a flyer to hand out to tell neighbors about the Association & how to become members. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
Motion to be a part of the Fourth of July Parade. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
