There were 16 attendees (not including speakers); including 7 Board members – Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Jane Augustine, Lisa Meeks, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Chris Schulze, & Jeremy Ennis.

Not much crime in our area, except for theft. Reminded everyone not to leave things in your car; & to make sure cars & houses are locked.

UPDATES
NAC Update – Short Term Rentals, Neat Neighborhood, Springfield Financial Report
Discussed ideas for projects to enter into the Neat Neighborhood Contest
Update on progress with the new website
Summer event was a success. Went over budget due to generator for live band. Motion to cover amount that went over. Seconded; & unanimously approved
NEW BUSINESS
Requested for $280.00 for sign caps. Pamela Buhr volunteered to speak to the requestor aboutby that part of the neighborhood raising the funds.
National Night Out on Tues Aug 6th from 5PM-7PM Motion to approve $50 for items needed to participate. Seconded; & unanimously approved
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Candidates for November election will be invited to speak; but not for the August primaries.
Committees will meet after this meeting.
Have stickers, invite new members
Zone 92 Meeting was about expanding their parking lot.
Next meeting on July 29.
