BRENTWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

All 7 Board Members (Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Jane Augustine, Lisa Meeks, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Chris Schulze, Jeremy Ennis) attended.
Motion to present the option to have Cindy Balfore help run the website for $50/mth & to pay for hosting site for $60/year at the next meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.
Motion to present the information on the costs to replace the signs & banners at the next meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.
Talked about historical based articles; & that we would like to have a Christmas parade in our area again – as it used to be in the past.
Update on Food Truck Event.
Update on NAC Meeting & possibly being in the Lantern Parade.
Motion to postpone deciding what day in September to have a Bentwood Day clean up. Seconded, & passed unanimously.
Motion to bring up participating in the 4th of July Parade at next meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.
Motion to present Membership flyers, & ask for suggestions on them, at next meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.
Update on the next meeting agenda.
Update on NAC pamphlet about various open boards to be given out at next meeting.
Question about when next Neighborhood Clean Up will be. Unsure of time, until City let’s us know.
