BRENTWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 19, 2023

6 Board Members (Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Jane Augustine, Lisa Meeks, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Jeremy Ennis) attended.

Amy updated the plans for the Lantern Walk & the event insurance.

Mert updated the information on the Good Neighbor Week event

Brent updated on the Neighborhood Clean Up event.

Mert updated on theme suggestions for Bass Pro Cheer Table. Motion to use Mario as the theme. Seconded, & passed unanimously.
Motion to ask for $250 for supplies for the Cheer Table event at the next meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.

Reminder to renew membership by October meeting, & send out MailChimp to remind others to renew.

Radio station KSMU reached out to let us know that they will promote any future events we have. Other Association has found a permanent insurance for $450, sugestion to look into that.

Mert update the website is up to date. But we need a new platform, if we want a non-proffessional to run it in the future. $1200-$2000 cost.

Field donation has been given, & there will be a banner put up there.

Update on the next meeting agenda.
Question about length of board terms. Question on consolidating trash services. Question on signs & reminder to put them out.
