BRENTWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 18, 2024

6 Board Members (Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Jane Augustine, Lisa Meeks, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Chris Schulze) attended.

May event was great. 60 people attended. 12 new members. Over budget by $80. Motion to present that at meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.

Request for $280 for metal caps on beams to be mentioned at next meeting

Comm. Partnership asks a board member to attend July 1 6PM-8PM

National Night Out is August 6. 3-4:30 set up

Need clean up ideas for Neat Neighborhood Contest

Wait to invite Nov. candidates, rather than primary ones.

Fundraising ideas? 50-50 raffle?

Can anyone attend Zone meeting to update?

Next meeting update – will have new PAR Officer
