BRENTWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES
August 20, 2024

7 Board Members (Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Jane Augustine, Lisa Meeks, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Chris Schulze, Jeremy Ennis) attended.

Website update

Cleaned playground equipment. Sat 31^st at 10AM - mulch for library.

Neighborhood Clean Up – Nov. 2^nd (day before Bass Pro) 8AM – NOON at Enterprise Bowling Alley. Partner with Meador

National Night Out was successful

Good Neighbor Week in September, so still having pizza party on September meeting. Asking $300 for pizza. Chris will ask pizza places, like Slap Box Pizza to sponsor.

Sat. September 28 – Family Movie Afternoon 3:30 set up. 4:30 start. Possibly make lanterns there

Sat October 5 – Lantern Walk Need candy & food truck

Field sponsor levels – ask members what amount to donate

Next meeting update – PAR Officer & 2 candidates so far, Election & dues in October
