5 Board Members (Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Lisa Meeks, Chris Schulze, Jeremy Ennis) attended.
Update on Bass Pro Chher Table event.
Neighborhood Grant sheets due by the end of the month.
NOVA Banquet is coming up December 4. Asked to send privately the nominations & photos.
Need ideas for improvement grant.
Christmas Parade is December 9th. Motion for $50 for candy. Seconded, & passed unanimously.
Kickball Tournament in April. Will ask at meeting who wants to form the team.
Committee suggestions: Membership – Find out if Realtors can include info to people moving into the area. Business – Decide benefits for businesses joining. Social – December Christmas Party?
Motion to combine November & December meetings to December 11. Seconded, & passed unanimously.
Review next meeting agenda; & unanimously tabled discussion on signs.
