BRENTWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION MEETING MINUTES
September 29, 2025

7 Board Members (Brent Rinker, Chris Schulze, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Lisa Meeks, Jane Augustine, Michael Gugliotta, Traci Phelps) attended.

SPEAKERS

PAR Officer Eubanks
Neighborhood Watch training on October 28 at 5:30PM at 2620 W Battlefield
Must have 10% of houses involved in watch participating; & 2 events per year.
Coffee with a Cop – Facebook page tells where& when events are.
Officer shot on N Kearney
Brentwood having car break ins; but all of them were unlocked & left keys in car
Call 911 for aggressive dogs. 11PM – 7AM is when they can ticket for noise

Hanna Kropf
Land Development Code Update – condensing codes to make it simpler.
Very few changes in Brentwood. Zone 4 meeting on November 5th

Motion to approve August minutes. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
Motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Seconded; & unanimously approved

UPDATES

City will be planting more trees in Kirkwood Park

NAC meeting on Sept. 10th update – Mayor Jeff Schrag & Bruce Adib-Yazdi were there as City Council reps. Discussed possible trash consolidation

Lantern Walk on October 4th at 5:30PM at Fields Elementary. Discussed set up & supplies needed


OLD BUSINESS

Clean Up Event with Oak Grove was a success. Raised $112 in donations. Collected 7 dumpsters of trash from 161 households.

Association dues are due by October. $10/person & $25/business

NEW BUSINESS

Bass Pro Marathon on November 2nd at 7:45AM Brentwood Wacky Wavers get costumes. Motion to approve $150 for supplies. Seconded; & unanimously approved.

Need volunteers for the Christmas Parade.

November & December meetings are combined into the Holiday Potluck Party on December 8th at 6PM

OPEN FORUM

Discussed possible Neighborhood Watch activities.

Bake Sale at Unity on October 12 at 10:30AM

Next Meeting – October 27, 2025
