There were 17 attendees (not including speakers); including 7 Board members - Brent Rinker, Chris Schulze, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Lisa Meeks, Jane Augustine, Michael Gugliotta & Traci Phelps.

Vehicle break ins are on the rise
Rt. 66 Festival may change to April/May; due to the extreme heat of August
Motion to approve July minutes. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
Motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Seconded; & unanimously approved
UPDATES
Have debris by the curb by 7AM on Sept. 1
Need volunteers for Neighborhood clean up on Sept. 20th from 8AM - noon
OLD BUSINESS
Yard signs $8 each; & can order stakes on Amazon. Motion to approve $200 for signs & stakes. Seconded; & unanimously approved
NEW BUSINESS
Lantern Walk on October 4th at dusk. Already approved $250. Motion to approve additional $150. Seconded; & unanimously approved
Motion to approve $500 for sponsoring field elementary; & keep track of new memberships due the bigger sponsorship level. Seconded; & unanimously approved
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Unity is accepting donations for their garage sale
Discussed various ideas on how to clean up neighborhood for the current challenge.
