There were 12 attendees (with no speakers); & including 4 Board members - Brent Rinker, Chris Schulze, Lisa Meeks, & Jane Augustine.
Motion to approve January minutes. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
Motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Seconded; & unanimously approved

Our new PAR Officer answered questions about ICE, parking on the streets around Field Elementary & the Neighborhood Watch Program
UPDATES
Chris updated us on the University Heights Zoning Meeting. Unclear what was wanted to be done to solve the issue. The Neighborhood Plan should clarify more about it.
Town Hall Meeting on February 24th at Cowden Elementary at 6:30PM
Neighborhood Works had 555 ideas turned in. Should start work around May or June.
Trash & recycling meeting on March 16th at Brentwood Library at 6PM
Planet Unity Event on April 18th at Unity Church at 10AM – 5PM
SGF Kickball meeting on April 19th at Meador Park at Noon
OLD BUSINESS
Amy, Chris & Sara are working on fixing our tax status. They have requested information on how to try to refile for our former status, if possible.
No new info on getting koozies for summer event
Neighborhood Watch Training on March 28th at 10AM on W. Battlefield Police Station
NEW BUSINESS
Gave out vouchers for various recycling centers. To be used by Oct 30th

Neat Neighborhood Street Cleaning on Saturday, March 7th
Call made to Brothers Real Estate to clean along Battlefield, as the signs say they will.
