14 attendees; including 6 Board Members (Brent Rinker, Chris Schulze, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Lisa Meeks, Jane Augustine, Traci Phelps) attended.

Route 66 Festival this weekend.
Principal at Field wants to hear on ways to improve the driving situation near the school
Motion to approve March minutes, with Amy removed from attendance. Seconded; & unanimously approved.
Motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Seconded; & unanimously approved
UPDATES
Planet Unity event was great. Got to talk to multiple people in & out of our area.
Neighborhood Watch plans to meet quarterly, starting in July. Michael will update later.
We won 2nd place trophy in the Kickball Tournament
We also won a door prize from the leader event of $50 at the Print Shop. Ideas include door hangers or signs

OLD BUSINESS
$165 in fees to reinstate our tax status. Motion to approve $185, due to an optional $20 that may or may not be included in the fees. Seconded; & unanimously approved
Koozies would cost $200 at Nixa Printing Motion to hold until other sources could be looked into, put into Summer Kick Off (May 30 11AM-1PM) expenses. Also question as to how many sponsors we have to cover the expenses; & to ask HyVee for a donation.
Motion to approve $750 for the Summer Kick Off event. Seconded; & unanimously approve
Decided sponsorships would be $250 for graphic logo on both FB pages, logo on event announcement, attend & advertise(but not sell), mentioned on the mic at the event, & added to the website.
NEW BUSINESS
Route 66 is asking for volunteers on their website
Pam gave a summary of the landfill tour. Recommended we invite them to come speak
Litter Loathers cleaned Glenstone & side streets.
Next will be at Kirkwood on Tuesday May 19 at 5:30PM
