BRENTWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 20, 2023

6 Board Members (Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Jane Augustine, Lisa Meeks, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Jeremy Ennis) attended.

Amy updated the plans to reschedule the food truck event. Aug. 1 was suggested, since it will be National Night Out. No info on when Kirkwood will be ready, but wanting to put the 2 together. Motion to present the options at the next meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.

Motion to present the 3 available routes for the Oct 7^th Lantern Walk at the next meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.

Update on signs being ready by the next meeting.

Motion to ask who wants to participate in marching as a group in the Fourth of July Parade at the next meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.

Motion to ask if anyone wants to be a vendor at the National Night Out at next meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.

Motion to OK the printing & distribution of the current flyers for increasing membership. Seconded, & passed unanimously.

Motion to ask the members at the next meeting if they want the 1^st Brentwood Clean Up Day during Good Neighbor Week in September. Seconded, & passed unanimously.

Motion to present the options on which day to have the Neighborhood Clean Up Event in fall & spring. Seconded, & passed unanimously.

Suggestion to have a membership drive in October; since that is when renewals are due.
