BRENTWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 18, 2024

7 Board Members (Mert Seaton, Brent Rinker, Jane Augustine, Lisa Meeks, Amy Hunsaker-Williams, Chris Schulze, Jeremy Ennis) attended.

Jane updated that the table guy for our last event deposited the check. Need to get online member’s money to the bank. We have 58 members.

Discussed things Cindy did that need changed:
1. Website – Amy or Brent could run it
2. Paid fees for various names. Motion to not keep names. Seconded & unanimously passed. Brent will do MailChimp
3. Sent updates to Neigh. News. Amy will do that now.
4. Kept FB up to date. Amy will do that now.
5. Worked with Michael to make banners & signs. Chris will do that now.

Update on Social Committee – want 4 events per year. Next event is to celebrate summer/school’s out. Motion to have members vote to move forward on that event. Seconded, & passed unanimously.

Update on Membership Committee – Door knocking the houses in this area.

Update on Business Committee – Stickers for businesses to put on door when involved in the Association? Business basket?

Kickball – Sunday. Motion to propose street clean up at meeting. Seconded, & passed unanimously.
Meeting summary
Motion to move May’s meeting to May 22 due to holiday. Seconded, & passed unanimously.
